Our experience will assist with compiling a viable business plan fit for purpose, with clearly defined objectives covering both the financial and operational aspects of setting up a business. It will cover: compliance, financial governance, health and safety, human resources and timescales. We will also consider purchasing, set up costs, training, recruitment, vehicles, equipment, management, accounting, operational structure, operational procedures etc..

Armed with our business plan we will then proceed to implement and build your small works business. Initially we will be very hands, on carrying out the initial work personally with our team. However, as time goes on and the business matures, we will gradually hand over the day to day running to an Operations Manager who will oversee the business, and be accountable for delivering the desired service – hitting agreed KPI’s.

Management meetings will be held with stakeholders to discuss progress, operational issues, social issues, and business development. Weekly meetings will be held with the Operations Manager to discuss the day to day running of the business and reporting on KPI’s.
